Sharon Lim
Sharon founded in 2012 Interest Alignment Management (IAM) as an investor communications practice for private equity clients. The business has since evolved to include research, conferences, fund marketing and capital raising. Prior to setting up IAM in 2012, Sharon worked as a journalist (1996-2008), and managed conferences (2008-2011) with PEI Media, an alternative asset media group. Sharon started her career in journalism with a focus on energy and shipping at Platts, an energy information service (1996-1999), followed by Dow Jones Newswires (2000-2004).
Cliff Seeto
Based in both Singapore and Sydney, Cliff is responsible for business development and sourcing investment opportunities for the company. Originally from Australia, he has a deep interest for environmentally sustainable technologies, finding solutions to real-world issues, and working with the next generation of world-class companies. Cliff worked for 2 decades in funds management with global firms such as State Street Bank and Trust, Citibank, and J.P Morgan. His career has taken him from Australia to the UK, the US, and now Asia.
